What is an Instructor's Edition?
An Instructor's Edition textbook is almost exactly the same as the regular, student edition. The difference is that Instructor's Editions generally contain more, or all of the answers to the questions in the book and can also contain annotations in the margins of the pages. Instructor's Editions can have all the answers and no annotations, some answers and annotations, just annotations, or just answers.
What does "Annotated" mean?
An annotated textbook is another version of an Instructor's Edition and can contain all the answers to the questions in the textbook as well as annotations. Generally, annotations are the book author's notes to help an instructor use the textbook more effectively in class. Annotations are almost always in the margins of the book pages, and most commonly printed in blue, red, or green with an italic typeface. Occasionally, entire pages are devoted to annotations — these usually occur at the beginning and end of the book as well as the beginning and end of each
chapter, section, or subsection.
How often do you ship orders?
We ship orders daily Monday through Friday,
by 12:00pm MST. Orders that are received after 12:00pm MST will
ship the following business day, and orders received on Saturday and
Sunday will also be shipped on the next business day.
How long will it take me to receive my book?
This depends on the method you chose during your checkout process. For more specific details, view our

I accidentally chose to have my package shipped via Media Mail but
I need it sooner than that will arrive; what can I do?
If you need to upgrade your shipment method,
send us an email requesting an upgrade to the appropriate class of postage by 12:00pm MST. We will then issue a request for the shipping difference via Paypal, once the payment is received we will upgrade your shipping method. If payment is not received before 12:00pm MST your text will ship with its original shipping method.
What carrier do you use to ship my book?
We send all of our packages via United States Postal Service.
I just got my book and noticed that there's a small white sticker with a number on it. It looks like a price sticker. Have I been charged the sticker price? And if not, what's this number mean?
This number sticker is just a warehouse tracking device that helps us locate your book on our shelves. The textbook price listed on the website you purchased the book from is accurate and what you were charged for.
I ordered the wrong book, how can I cancel my order?
If you are unable to cancel your order through the website you used to purchase the book, please
send us an email requesting to cancel your order with all relevant transaction numbers, your name, the title of the book, and the website you purchased it from and we will cancel your order.
What if I ordered a book that I don't need or is the wrong book, and I can't cancel it now because it's already been shipped?
If this happens, your only option is to return the book once you receive it. Please
send us an email informing us of your intent to return the text along with all relevant transaction numbers, your name, the title of the book, and the website you purchased it from. Please be aware of our
Returns Policy in this
situation.
What is an ISBN?
An ISBN is an acronym for International Standard Book Number. It is a world wide system (159 countries are members of the ISBN system) of uniquely identifying a book. Each ISBN is comprised of 10 digits (some ISBN's are 13 digits) and can usually be found near the barcode on the back cover of a book or on the back of the title page at the beginning of the book. What is Media Mail?
Media Mail is a level of service provided by the USPS to help make it more affordable to send books, music, blueprints, movies, games, posters, and other items that can be large, bulky, or heavy. The USPS quotes a delivery time of 4-16 business days, but it can be as fast as 3-5 business days.
