Returns Policy

We have a 30-day, no-hassle, money back guarantee.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, through any of our stores (abba-books.com, half.com or alibris.com) you can return your purchased item to us for a full refund.  Returns for discretionary reasons will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• In order to qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee you need only contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. Once we receive your purchase back to our warehouse we will process your refund and email you the details of the transaction. All refunds are credited back to the purchase origin.
• Texts returned to us via any "Return to Sender" method resulting in postage at our cost will have the postage amount and a $5.00 processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
  
• Returns due to a mistake made by Abba Books are not subject to any fees.
• Postage is not refundable except in some cases where the return is due to a mistake made by Abba Books.
  

If you do not necessarily want to return your text, but there is a problem with it that you wish to have resolved, please contact us at customerservice@abba-books.com.

Before you return a book to us, please send us an email so that we are aware of your intent and can accurately process your refund. Your email should contain:

• Address
• Transaction/Sales Number
• Title/Author
• The site it was purchased from
• Text price
• Reason for Return
